Was very clear and simple as far as the procedure and check up but was a number of miscommunications regarding payment and locations.
Dr. Louie and his staff are truly amazing. I put off a procedure for so long because I was told by another provider how hard, expensive, and painful it would be. When I finally found Dr Louie through multiple referrals, he gave me no bs straight talk and reassured me that I had been given misinformation prior to this. The procedure took 20 min and I had absolutely no pain, no swelling, and no bruising. I am so grateful I found this office.

They were able to schedule me just a few weeks after my initial consultation. The day-of everyone was very friendly & made me feel comfortable. They explained the recovery process well and provided many resources for post-op information.
