No matter how big or small the issue is, their team communicates promptly with both owners and tenants and makes sure things get taken care of quickly. Do not rent from these absolute crooks! I was a tenant for over 2+ years at the 477 s el molino property and the place is completely mismanaged. I ultimately chose to move out after coming home to MY BATHROOM ROOF IN MY BATHTUB. Had I been home I could have had a major injury. The team was less than sympathetic, the property manager Cheryl never provided updates, her boss did. All of my high end bath products were covered in asbestos and waste.
