Do not rent from these absolute crooks! I was a tenant for over 2+ years at the 477 s el molino property and the place is completely mismanaged. I ultimately chose to move out after coming home to MY BATHROOM ROOF IN MY BATHTUB. Had I been home I could have had a major injury. The team was less than sympathetic, the property manager Cheryl never provided updates, her boss did. All of my high end bath products were covered in asbestos and waste. As a tenant for nearly 2 years we had 0 issues with Louie Properties. They were always responsive to emails, notified for any event on the property, and promptly fixed any issues for the property. They were a breath of fresh air from our last property Managers. Moving in was easy, they came to walk us through and reminded us to take videos/document anything and to bring up any early issues asap. Moving out they had everything planned out, they even offered a pre-walk through (apparently this is standard?? but not something w... read more
