Employers and job seekers AVOID this company. The women that run the company are beyond rude and show no interest in helping their clients or those going in seeking employment. As someone that has worked with staffing agencies in the past and has wonderful experiences I can honestly say Loughlin Personnel is the most unprofessional business I have come across. Do not waste your time!!!!

This company stinks! They will call you in after you apply for a job - you will NEVER interview for the job you applied for and you will not get any other opportunities either. They just take on as many people as they can to fluff their stats and they place very few people. I wont lie, there was no rudeness or anything like that but they do nothing for you. It is the smallest recruitment office I have ever seen. If you don't believe this, send them your resume and post your results.

I was referred to Loughlin through a close friend. I met with Leigh Ann about a year & a half ago. She has been nothing but helpful with finding me a job. She placed me in a temp position about 6 months ago & it has now turned into a full time position. Through out my temp period she was always checking up and making sure that everything was okay. Laura Loughlin and her team were very accomodating and professional with their services. Before I turned to Loughlin Personnel for help, I reached out to a few other local companies. I cannot begin to tell you how rude and inconsiderate those companies were. I was so relieved after meeting with Laura and her setting me up with an immidiate interview! I am unsure as to why these comments were made, but I can reassure you Loughlin Personnel is one of the best in the area!

Only a few days after I went to meet them, I received several temp position. I got the job for one of them, which turned into a full time position after only a month. Laura knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to match me to the right employer. Couldn't ask for more. They are a great team and their main goal is to find you the right job. I would definitely recommend them to anybody!

In response to the comments posted here, I must say that Loughlin Personnel has proven to be a wonderful agency to work with. I walked into their offices about two years ago, without an appointment, and was seen immediately. The recruiter was welcoming and friendly, and I was able to sign on right away. In a short time, I had an assignment that was well suited to me, and more were to follow. I enjoyed my assignments; all the companies I went to were professional and pleasant. I have been associated with Loughlin Personnel (as an applicant) for 10 years. The agency's "boutiquish" atmosphere is comforting and allows the staff to know the needs of their clients and applicants (and to know each on a personal level). Anytime I have called the office someone answers in a jovial way (be it the receptionist or staff). I got two full-time employment opportunities from temp positions that Loughlin placed me at. I used Loughlin Personnel over a year and a half ago when I came home from college. Within a week they had a position lined up for me. This "verbal and racial abuse" is absolutely absurd.They were nothing but professional and courteous to me. I would recommend their service to anyone.

SCAM- DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would have to say this is the most unprofessional staffing agency out there. They call you almost immediately after you submit your resume on online job boards (desperate much?). They claim to have many job openings when in reality they do not. They are just trying to get as many people as possible to sign up with them, since they are a VERY SMALL company (3 people, including the receptionist).
