Amazing leasing manager, amazing building, the rooms are big and everything is brand new and clean! Would 100% recommend.
The amenities of this building are excellent. One of the highlights is the beautiful lake right next to it, creating a peaceful atmosphere. It’s also conveniently located across from Lougheed Town Centre and just steps away from the SkyTrain, where you can easily access both the Millennium (Yellow) and Expo (Blue) lines. The apartments are spacious and welcoming, with large living and dining areas. The sunset views from the balcony are absolutely stunning, making it a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day.
I have been living here since August 2023 and I absolutely love this apartment it’s so close to the mall and skytrain and the apartments has all the amenities you need to live, and the building manager Lavinia takes very good care of the building
We loved this place and we call it - HOME! Location is so convenient we’re nearby skytrain, lougheed mall and community recreation centres. Our building is well maintained and very spacious including the parking. Our resident manager- Lavinia Cosneanu is proactive and approachable.
