It has been over 5 years living at this building. My experience with the managers of this building is great, very friendly , helpful staff especially our building Manager Lavinia, She is a great woman with professional experience handling every problem perfectly. I strongly recommend this place . Good living.
I recently updated my lease to include a storage locker and also changed my parking stall to a location that better suits my needs. The building manager Laviana was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She was responsive, professional, and made everything easy to arrange. She kept me informed, answered my questions promptly, and ensured everything was completed smoothly. I appreciate her support.
You really just can't beat the location of this building. Being a quick walk from the SkyTrain and the mall makes commuting and running errands super easy. The suites are nicely renovated with real stainless steel appliances, and the property management team is actually responsive and helpful. Having a gym and a pub basically right downstairs is a huge bonus for the weekends. Overall, it’s a quiet, pet-friendly spot that honestly offers great value for this part of Burnaby.
