I do not recall ever having a worse experience at a place which buys and sells items and interacts with consumers and this is why. I was interested in a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder and spoke to them on Monday morning during the President's day weekend about the availability of a certain vehicle. I bought my car last March from Loughead. The salesman Gil was amazing. He was patient and detailed and not pushy at all. He has since helped me when needing to come back for service on my vehicle and has always gotten me in as soon as possible. I highly recommend Loughead and ask for Gil!
I had a great experience with Luke McMenamin and Jennifer Christinzio at Loughead Nissan. I traded in my old beater and bought a 2015 Hyundai Elantra GT which someone traded in for one of the dealerships new Nissan’s. Luke, and all others I associated with throughout the process, had relatively laid back positive attitudes which alleviated some of the pressure I had originally felt in pursuing a “new” car. I’d recommend checking them out when you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle!
