Please do not go here! I first went to loughead Nissan because of their old manager Greg! I worked with Greg before and he was awesome. I walked in and no one greeted me. Didn’t even acknowledge me. I am an African American woman. Another customer walked in after me and was instantly greeted. After being ignored,I asked one of the sales people if Greg F was in and they told me that he is no longer with the company. I then reached out to Greg F and went to his new dealership. Terrible experience. Sold us a lemon and would not take responsibility for it. Shady salesmen and managers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I have been a customer since 2015. I recently bought my second car. Todd was my salesman this time around. He was great throughout the process. Greg T., who had me sign the paperwork was great too. I’ve also had good experiences with the Services Department. Julius always keeps you in the loop when you’re waiting for your car. Everyone is great!

Very disappointed in interactions with the dealership. Their online advertised sale prices are not honest. They disclose in a special search area of their web page that an additional $1295 fee will be added to the price that is advertised to cover reconditioning of a CPO vehicle. Ii is not disclosed when searching from the main page. It is misleading and done to increase traffic to the dealership. The quote provided does not show a fee of $1295.
I had a great experience today with both Matt and Greg at Loughead. We discussed my options and within an hour, I was in my new Pathfinder. They were very professional and accommodating. I was very pleased with the service.
I am currently leading my third Nissan from Loughhead I love Loughhead for many reasons. My car salesman is Gil Kennedy. I say is because I will always choose him for my dealer. His is very knowledgeable about the Nissan product. He answered all questions and he made the leasing process easy to understand. I was in and out of the dealership quickly. It was wonderful.
