A wonderful MD, but his staff has problems. His manager claimed I had rec'd a Flu shot while at his office, both my wife, who was with me, were asked if we needed a Flu shot and told him I did not know whether I had gotten a flu shot and would find out. I went to CVS to get a flu shot and was told Dr. Lough had given me a Flu shot, when I went to his office the Manager refused to correct the situation and never called me to rectify the situation. My husband was the patient. Dr. Lough was incredibly rude and impatient. He walked out of the room while my husband was speaking to him. I will never recommend him. I'll keep the rest of my opinions to myself.

First visit was very nice.
