I was planning on selling my condo and needed a skylight replacement. The realtor I was working with referred me to Brad Lough. I had him out to provide a quote on the skylight and pay 50%. The day of replacement comes and when his guy got on the roof, he said the skylight didn’t need replaced, and that they needed sealed instead. I asked Brad, while pointing to the discoloration on the wood frame of the skylight, will it fix that issue. Of course, the damage to the frame is done, but he said it would stop the issue.
