Greg was incredibly responsive when I called about a roof leak and came out the very same day, even in the rain, to assess the issue. He took his time carefully trying to diagnose the problem and, most importantly, never pressured me into unnecessary repairs or a larger project. I was planning on selling my condo and needed a skylight replacement. The realtor I was working with referred me to Brad Lough. I had him out to provide a quote on the skylight and pay 50%. The day of replacement comes and when his guy got on the roof, he said the skylight didn’t need replaced, and that they needed sealed instead. I asked Brad, while pointing to the discoloration on the wood frame of the skylight, will it fix that issue. Of course, the damage to the frame is done, but he said it would stop the issue. I decided on Lough Bros to remove a couple leaky skylights and repair/replace the existing roof. From the initial consultation up until the finished roof, I couldn't be happier with these folks.
