I was planning on selling my condo and needed a skylight replacement. The realtor I was working with referred me to Brad Lough. I had him out to provide a quote on the skylight and pay 50%. The day of replacement comes and when his guy got on the roof, he said the skylight didn’t need replaced, and that they needed sealed instead.
