Don’t answer the phone. I came once before and she told me it was appointments only but no one was even in the salon getting a service. I feel that it was my skin color.
The absolute BEST nail salon in Houston. The owners and staff are so friendly, hospitable and welcoming. Hanna and Philip go out of their way to remember your name and always give you the best treatment. The work is beyond amazing, I’ve always walked out with a perfectly beautiful manicure and pedicure. The prices are very reasonable as well. I highly reccomend this place and would not consider going anywhere else.
Maybe they need to update the hours, arrived at 908 on a Saturday..... Waited until 930 and called 3 times .. not even an answer. Pretty disappointed in that.
EDIT: Update..8/28/2019. After visiting several other nail salons who ultimately gave me subpar service, I am back at Louetta Nails with Hannah. I don't even remember why I left them, but I'm back. Hannah did a BEAUTIFUL job with my fill and I will definitely be going back to her! She makes your nails look like your own. No one would guess I had artificial nails. Please try Hannah for your next manicure or artificial nails. She has lost SO much business to Gossip Nails who moved into the same strip mall after being at her lo... read more
