Horrible office. Please do not waste your time going here. At first wonderful and smart. I had 21 things wrong with my blood work and felt sick for two years before finally finding this place. At first I was so happy that we were getting somewhere. Then they were annoyed that I came back “to soon”. Finally when I have a pharmacy call in for refills they say NO. What in the world I have never dealt with such an uncaring and useless office in my life. Go ahead if you don’t believe me..make an appointment and see for yourself. ... read more
Saw Louella, she listened, discussed and helped resolved my concerns. I’m excited to have her as my PCP moving forward.
She is definitely in it for the money. I had a bill that my insurance was looking at and it was taking a month. I had called and asked if they wanted me to pay it and they said no they’ll wait. I went in for an appointment and the financial lady was rude and demanded I pay. I explained about insurance and then was seen by bauman. She was rude. Didn’t want to answer my questions and rushed me out. Nasty disposition. I never had a professional cuss during an appointment but she does.
