If I could put 0 stars I would. The lady that answered the phone was so mean. I asked if I could schedule an estimate and she yelled at me. This was my first and last time dealing with them. They will NOT be getting my business.
More than a year after they installed new gutters on our historic, two-story home in Leesburg, this firm, Loudoun Valley Roofing, came back and corrected a faulty installation. It took last winter’s big snow storm to dislodge clips and supports throughout the house. Taking full responsibility, for a complicated two-day repair effort, they showed to me they are a trust worthy, customer oriented business. We thank the owners, management and crew for the work they did.
Fantastic company! Fast, professional, friendly service at reasonable prices. Family owned. From the receptionist to the roofers, you are treated with respect all the way.
