We were driving by and, as someone whose first car was a Land Rover, I always have to stop and take a peek. Tanya and Wali were so accommodating and let us test drive multiple models. We aren’t in the market right now, but Loudoun Rova will be our dealer when we are ready. This is a family business and they treated us as family, a huge difference from other dealership experiences. Sean, who test drove with us, was great too, as is Bijon, the sales representative.
They truly went above and beyond for me! I was blown away by the exceptional customer service. Highly recommend! I will be taking my Land Rover to them as long as I have one!
