Customer service is poor and uninformed. I called to ask about changing pharmacies to their business. The person who answered was rude and abrupt. This pharmacy doesn't fill scheduled drugs, which I guess fair when it comes to delivery, but like seriously you don't have the capacity to fill them on site? When I asked about antidepressants he said that he cannot fill them either because they are scheduled also. Horrible experience. Transferred RX and they changed dose to fit their particular pharmacy policy that gave me less in amount. Charged same price as other places to get less than told they cannot prescribe as written because of their own policy regulations, can get it like that a bigger pharmacy. Could have avoided this fiasco if they had properly communicated when THEY changed dosing to fit their policy. Now they have offered to refund it and let me transfer to elsewhere to be filled after days of waiting and being out. Too... read more
I spoke with a gentleman, I believe his name was Garrett. He was one of the most kind and helpful people I've met. I was having difficulty locating a prescription, talked to insurance and other 4 pharmacies that I was directed to but none could provide me anything. Garrett went out of his way to locate the prescription, tell me if and who can distribute the prescription, and tell me the status of the prescription. Excellent pharmacy.
I have not yet had a bad experience with them. Somehow they have a few of my prescriptions for like 10% of CVS's price. It doesn't make a lot of sense to me how that works but I'm grateful they can offer it! They have handled all of my several requests flawlessly.
