Incredibly unprofessional and nearly clueless staff.
The staff at the healthcare facility where I visited were unprofessional. When I first met them, they didn't try to call me by my name. I corrected them, but they continued to call me Alexa. I didn't take it personally and decided to proceed with them. I contacted Dr. Franck Lin, who is a good doctor, and I wanted to work with him. We decided that i would get a Mirena IUD. Las secretarias son muy desorganizadas es la cuarta vez que me han dicho que me van a devolver la llamada el mismo dia o al dia siguiente y no lo hacen . Se supone que tienen una agenda y deben organizarse y no ser tan poco profesionales con el cliente . Mi segundo ginecologo el doctor Franck es muy profesional y se nota que sabe lo que hace ,sin embargo el resto del personal siento que no toman en serio su trabajo .
Well, I've seen reviews from other folks. Yes, there is no doubt that the receptionist will cause them to lose a lot of patients. She is not horrible, but if you ask her a question again, she will become upset soon away.
