Never answers the phones, receptionist for both offices was very cold and dismissive. Canceled my new patient appointment with them after waiting for an appointment for over 2 months as a new patient. Hours for this office also incorrect on website shows they are open on Fridays when they are not when I brought this up to the receptionist she did not care and was just like “ ill cancel your appointment” clearly don’t care about having patients here

The staff at the healthcare facility where I visited were unprofessional. When I first met them, they didn't try to call me by my name. I corrected them, but they continued to call me Alexa. I didn't take it personally and decided to proceed with them. I contacted Dr. Franck Lin, who is a good doctor, and I wanted to work with him. We decided that i would get a Mirena IUD.
