Fraudulent business practices when agreeing and promising as I requested to have only my auto manufacturer parts on my car. Was charged full price for these parts and services and installed after market parts after taking my vehicle for an inspection elsewhere no genuine parts were used and now causing wear and damage that needs to be replaced.
