Scheduled for 4:00 and didn’t even get a confirmation. I called like 8 places to find who I even scheduled with because there was no confirmation. Once I arrived at the address provided, the office there said they moved 3 months ago. I called the place again and it said the office was closed. Why lose an office at the time of the last appointment. Worst experience of my life.
I had an appointment with Dr Michael. There was confusion on my appointment date after I reached but they resolved it very quickly and in a friendly manner. The doctor was very friendly and took time to listen to my problem, explained me the process and helped me understand next steps. It feels very good when a specialist appointment for which we usually wait atleast a few weeks to a month takes time and works with your rather than just rushing it in a few minutes.
I had a very pleasant experience here for my son who I thought might have a deviated septum. The doctor was kind, took the time listen to my concerns and then explain to me what he saw, and gave me some good over the counter options to try first to see if there was any relief of the issues before taking the next step. I will definitely be referring Dr. Mellis to my friends as it’s rare to find a good doctor that looks for alternative options before going straight to surgery these days.

Wow - I NEVER write reviews am compelled to do so based on the patient's inability and a doctor's unwillingness to communicate via phone or portal following a visit. Medical practices are all moving their patients to their one stop shop "portals" . To message one's doctor you must first select their facility. - The facility is not listed and is not found when attempting to look it up.
