I placed an order for a VR 60 shotgun back in July for the price of $499. I put $300 down on the weapon. After waiting so long I decided to just cancel the order. I went in today to cancel it and get my deposit back and found out that they actually had the gun and never called me. They refused to give me the gun for the agreed upon price of which I have the receipt for, because current price of the weapon is almost double now. They are a bunch of crooks with bad business practices. I will not ever do business with them again... read more
Recommendedbought my first fire arm a few months ago. it was packed, but Mike was still able to to take some time to go over recommendations for rifles, and make sure I had all the extra accessories. would def recommend
Purchased a scope mount which didn’t fit my gun. Stopped by the store to return it and found out they do not do returns unless you have a receipt. Loudoun gun’s label right on the unopened package. They wouldn’t look it up through a credit card or do store credit. Not happy from a frequent customer.
We walked in this Saturday and got great customer service from Roger and another Loudoun Guns representative. Both guys behind the counter were very polite, informative and patient with all the questions we had. Great prices and selections. Definitely eyeballing a SIG P938 that they have on consignment in one of their glass cases. Yes I would recommend Loudoun Guns.
We were warmly greeted promptly when we arrived by Mike. He listened to what we were interested in and gave us several options without any pressure. The shop is clean and inviting and has an impressive inventory of firearms and accessories. Our buying experience was quick and easy and we will return again in the near future.
Very professional group who are honest and great to work with. Highly recommend their business!
