BEWARE. While I’m sure some of their staff do a reasonable job we did not have the privilege of one of these staff members managing our event. The person dealing with our event was well over her head. She made critical and inexcusable errors that the owner Helena refused to compensate. Right from the get go she acted like she regretted her ex-partner taking our event on. Helena was totally unprofessional. Having Loud Events manage our roadshow in Queensland and Adelaide, during a COVID shutdown, took a weight off of my shoulders - it was wonderful to have them involved from the start. Danielle was an absolute gun! Nothing was too hard to manage. We were so lucky to find Danielle, Helena and Martene to help get us through.
