Absolutely disorganized and no communication. It’s Like leaving a toddler in charge of an event. Heard nothing good from there vendors either . No payment , no communication…
They don't answer emails or respond to phone calls and voicemail. We bought VIP tickets and most of the benefits were not realized. They knew that things had changed, but they did not update the listing or notify purchasers. Worst VIP experience we have ever had.
