Used to be great! Delt with Eric this year. Wasn't much papers to be filed or money returned for that matter, but because we filed as married we paid twice the price. Payed twice the price to not get our state return back. Just called the state months later and account was suspended and I need to email them forms that weren't submitted. These forms are a part of our tax return and most definitely in our file from this place.
