Hello! Just wanted to send you all 5 million percent positive vibes! I had my 2019 Chevy Equinox in for service not quite a month ago for new plugs,oil change ect! Your service department was AWSOME!........And here's when it gets better! I was in an accident about two weeks ago! ( both drivers ok thank you god) just got car back yesterday! 10/30 and the body shop did Amazing on repair! Everyone was very pleasant! I did buy my Chevy from you all! ( Thanks Bernie)! I'll definitely be back! And send business your way!
Had service done on our 2021 Chevy Equinox and the people were nice and the prices were reasonable. We didn’t have a very long wait either. Would recommend getting your car serviced there. And if getting a car serviced is anything like buying a vehicle from them then I would also recommend buying a vehicle. Had to pick up a part and they were able to scan the car and save me from buying parts I don’t need.
Very friendly and helpful.we went to buy a car and was not hounded or pressured in any way even though it was close to quitting time for them. Very attentive! Might be their job yet they did it very well and made us feel very welcomed. I purposely dressed down to see if it would make a difference! I would highly recommend them for a new car.
This is the best GM service center in all of Ohio! Honest, fair and hardworking group of people.
