service i didint care for lou who. i had called and set up and appointment to have them come out and look at my unit. and they were late. and when they finaly got there the tech didint really do much. all he had to say was it needed to be replace. and the unit wasint that old. i know that dosint mean much. but i had called mikes repairs and the tech that came out was very helpful and rather fix the unint insted of replacing it.
