Horrible service! We spent 6 hours waiting for a repair on a running light issue that just appeared. After 3 hours the tech blamed the bulb, only to learn this was not the issue. 3 hours later they blamed a trailer hitch that has been on the vehicle for two years without any problems. These folks have seriously inconvenienced us and seem to lack expertise in the electrical system, The diagnoses, though expensive, solved nothing apparently. Of course, there is NO consideration for the time wasted on our behalf.
I completed an online deal for a 2022 Telluride except for getting a firm trade-in allowance. I went to the dealer with the intention of picking up the car. Once I got there, my online deal was ignored and I was given an offer that was substantially more than the figures from my internet agreement. I found a 2012 KIA Optima SX and I have already been approved and shown my monthly payments and down payment needed before I arrive. I sent the dealership my information to schedule a test drive today. I immediately get a reply from sales rep Andie Peek. In the inquiry it states what car I wanted to test drive so when I called before driving over an hour to there she says what kind of car is it you want to test drive.
