Lou Sobh Kia’s service department is an unmitigated disaster! They have had my car for over two months and still can’t tell me when the repair will be completed. I am on my third service advisor since late June and my present one does not return my calls! The entire service department has turned over in the last month or so, yet I see no sign of improvement. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was sold additional maintenance and service contracts. Later, I submitted a cancellation request within the legal time frame, and I was told that the refund would be processed within 8–10 weeks. When I first tried to cancel, they ignored my emails. I was forced to go to the dealership in person, where I had to speak with three different people and spend an entire weekend day — time I should have enjoyed with my family — just to prove how serious I was about cancelling. I called and emailed asking for an out-the-door price, but they refused to provide one unless I came in. Each time I reached out, I was handed off to a different person, which made the whole process feel disorganized compared to other dealerships. In contrast, the dealerships at Mall of GA were much more transparent with pricing. The experience here actually turned me away from Kia altogether, and I ended up buying a Tucson instead. I’m glad I did—it’s a much better vehicle than the base or mid-trim Sportage.
Our salesman, "Zorro" was excellent! He patiently answered any and all of our questions. He new what features were a "must have" in order to purchase a car and found us the exact one.
