SERVICE ON BOTH KIA VEHICLES WAS EXCEPTIONAL. ONE 2019 SORENTO 186 ,000. STILL RUNNING STRONG. NO MAJOR SERICE TO DATE ONLY OIL CHANGES, BRAKES ,TIRES BELTS PLUGS ETC. JUST HAD IT CHECKED OUT. THE 2025 TELLURIDE WAS IN FOR WARRANTY. RECAL ETC, GREAT SERVICE. INTERESTING HOW THE 2019 SORENTO NEVER HAD A NEED OF A SERVICE RECAL NOT ANY REPAIRS. EXCEPT SOFT WARE UPDATE. AND THE 2025 TELLURIDE ALREADY HAS RECALS AND ENGINE LIGHT, IT SHOWS HOW THE KIA FACTORY AND HYUNDAI ARE OFF THE MARK.FORTUNATELY I HAVE A GREAT DEALER.
Bought a used kia Sorrento 6 weeks ago and it is stalling in traffic giving numerous warning signs even after passing inspection. I came to this dealer bc of the positive feedback and unfortunately i have not had the same experience. Im a mom and need reliable transportation, now i feel I'm at a complete loss..
