I had an experience today with a leasing agent named Michael who canceled my tour despite me being the first qualified applicant. He messaged me offering to tour the place at a specific time. I personally believe if you tell someone a time to tour the apartment you should honor that and go through with it. Rather than ask me to tour earlier, he rented to someone else. I think it’s careless and a waste of people’s time. It’s not good business. Train your agents how to communicate better!
