There was a break-in last night involving one resident entering another resident’s apartment. That same night multiple residents made statements that they had previously raised concerns about this individual and reported to management. Police were involved due to the seriousness of the incident. I am posting this to raise safety concerns. If management handles this situation properly, I am willing to remove this review. Welcome to Lou Park where you pay your own sorrow, sleepless nights, smelly environment and lazy administration at the office. We lived here two years and this was our worst experiences ever. Our first year, my wife was pregnant and she barely slept most of the nights. We had a rude residents above us who always made loud noises and banged the floor regardless of what time it’s at night. This apartment complex is so bad. first when we moved in nothing was done, I mean cleaning. the heat was broken, dishwasher isn’t working properly. the haet was fixed after one year. the manager don’t care anything.
