I want to give a shout out to Haris and the whole sales team at Lou Fusz Subaru! They took the time to listen to my needs and found the perfect car for me in my budget! Good to buy from but probably skip their service department. Came in at 7AM this morning, did not have anyone here to greet or guide me, and just walked around the building until finding the service folks. After finding the service team I was quoted a 45 minutes to hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation, after an hour and some time I inquired on expected time of resolution, and was advised it would be another 10 minutes… and then it took 20 minutes.
