I came into Lou Fusz in February 2025 looking to review a used 10-15 yr old Outback but was let down when I found out it was without Bluetooth capabilities. But Chuck made it truly worthwhile. I have had my beautiful Suby Ruby for a total of 6m now and have loved every minute. To top things off, I came in today for my first complimentary oil change and what have you. Everything went smoothly once I figured out the detour to get to your shop. The jury is out whether my car is fixed and will have no more intermittent battery drains but if it's all fixed I am 100% happy. Joe was super nice as was everyone! It was painless to sit and wait while working on my laptop and getting things done. So far, no complaints.
Very nice and helpful. Haris answered all questions and it was a pleasure to work with him.
We had a wonderful experience with Lou Fusz and everything went seamlessly. Soto Hernandez was an excellent salesman. We also appreciate how willing he was to reach out to the previous owner to see if they had an extra key.
