Took my 2022 CX-5 in for service the last week of November. Several issues: 1) construction blocked the door entrance. The area was a real mess. Better planning could have had the work done at night or evenings. It seemed the dealership was more interested in accommodating the construction guys than clients. I purchased a rx8 from a individual in 2017 and immediately took it to Lou Fusz service department to address a safety recall for the fuel pump ring, the car probably only gets drove 2 to 3 times a year and recently I was backing it out of the driveway and noticed a huge puddle of fuel underneath it. Instantly I knew fuel pump or line so I removed the rear seat and to my surprise by the condition of the fuel pump ring it's obvious it wasn't replaced and it was full of fuel all around it. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle or doing any business with this dealership.
Does not fix safety recalls and lies about doing so then says that it's my responsibility to pay out of pocket even though it's obvious they didn't do the repairs in the first place. I will be contacting a attorney about this dealership and filing a complaint with the NHTSA as soon as possible. The lack of responsibility to repair recalls property could of resulted in loss of life.
