I’ve used this Kia service department for over 3 years, and unfortunately, this place often misdiagnoses issues. Generally takes multiple visits with the same complaints before identifying the actual issue. Seems like it depends on the mechanic. To get a scheduled appointment is often a month out or longer. Wait times inside the building for scheduled appointments are very long as well - usually 1.5 - 2 hours.
