I am very happy with the car I purchased from Lou Fusz Kia, and I was happy with the deal I got. Unfortunately, the experience with the business manager and the title paperwork was extremely frustrating. The business manager made several errors while completing the paperwork. I was looking to upgrade to a new car with limited availability and Ben Shipp helped track down the exact model and trim I was looking for. They were able to get the car to the dealership in a couple of days and made the process easy and enjoyable. Ben is a great salesman and very personable, go talk to him if you are in the market for a new car.
Extremely Disappointing Experience — Poor Communication and Unprofessional Salesmanship I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel other customers should know what to expect. My experience at this dealership was positive. I had a bird’s eye view idea of what I wanted and Ben took excellent care of me. He spent a long amount of time showing me options that matched my list and test drove quite a few with me. He was never pushy and listened to my requests actively. I received a good offer for a trade in and the paperwork went smoothly and professionally. If you need great service, look out for Ben Shipp! He will get you what you need.
