I’ve been dealing with this place since the beginning of January. I purchased a car in October 2025 and had to have WA plates shipped to me. My temps expired on 1/12/26. I’ve been in contact with Jennifer Brown for the entire process and it’s been nothing but a headache. After multiple emails, I finally get a shipping label for NEXT DAY SHIPPING on my plates on 2/26/26. Here we are, 3/16/26, and still no location on my plates. On October 12th,2025 Matthee McVey at Lou Fusz Service Department took great care of me and my 2020 Kia Soul LX. Matthew, also talked to me about things that need to be done now in the future.
