I would like to give a word of caution to anyone that might be thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Lou Fusz Kia. I purchased a Soul from them as well as the extended warranty in March of 2021. The warranty is through a company by the name of Vehicle One, which is apparently no longer offered at Lou Fusz. We purchased a vehicle through Lou Fusz’s Buick dealership. The shopping portion was awesome - we had a wonderful salesman. I truly hope he leaves this place and goes somewhere I would be comfortable recommending him. The problem came with the financing team. Apparently, maintenance and service are not the same things. Maintenance actually means an extended warranty.
