Horrible company to pre-own your car from
On October 12th,2025 Matthee McVey at Lou Fusz Service Department took great care of me and my 2020 Kia Soul LX. Matthew, also talked to me about things that need to be done now in the future. I would like to give a word of caution to anyone that might be thinking of purchasing a vehicle from Lou Fusz Kia. I purchased a Soul from them as well as the extended warranty in March of 2021. The warranty is through a company by the name of Vehicle One, which is apparently no longer offered at Lou Fusz. When thinking of future issues with this vehicle and the luck I usually have, I decided to purchase the premium warranty package that covers pretty much everything. Fast forward to current day.
