Lou and his team did a great job! Helped me with faulty outlets and replacing a chandelier- so informative of what I did and did not need (trustworthy), patient, professional, and timely- arrived exactly when he said he would. Top notch in every way - highly recommend!
Had a circuit fault in my condo. Contacted Lou and arranged a date and time to fix problem. He arrived on time, gave me a card and started to look for the fault. He kept me updated throughout and fixed the fault in a timeous manner. He quoted for the work before his visit which was great. Lou was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again.
This was my first service that we worked with Lou! He was 100% reliable in what he said he would do. He came first to estimate the job and gave a price that was totally reasonable. He gave a date of when he could do the work and committed to that date. When he left it was as clean as when he came. Lou is an electrician that is hard to find, as he was knowledgeable, reliable and totally reasonable with his pricing! I know now that all my electronically work, I will be calling Lou in the future!
Lou was really great. He was communicative, did what he said what he was going to do, explained everything along the way, and was genuinely nice guy. Not easy to come by these days. Highly recommend Lou, we'll hire again.
I recently hired Lou to replace some standard switches with automatic Brilliant switches, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
