Very unpleasant service department lady. She doesn’t have any customer service skills. She doesn’t answer the phone and when she does, she is questioning everything in a rude and disrespectful way. I will choose Janesville location over Rockford at anytime. Ladies in Janesville are kind and fast responding and nothing like in Rockford.

Sales rep Coco the car Queen called me last week Tuesday and told me she would like to upgrade me from a “21” VW Atlas Cross Sport to a “25” VW Atlas Cross Sport. I didn’t think she would work it out and the next day I drove out with the upgraded version. Coco was amazing, well-driven and confident that she was going to upgrade me and she did. YOU WORK COCO THE CAR QUEEN.
Had to get tires on an older Passat and couldn't find the wheel lock key. Called parts thinking I could buy one but there are many different keys and it's kind of random per VIN. Service center removed and replaced the old locking lug bolts quickly on a walk in appointment. Very impressed with the quality customer service at this Service Center.
Chelsea is the bomb!!!!
