Didn't tighten lugs nuts after oil change. I had to take time off work to bring the vehicle back on Monday to have another technician look at it. They offered a free detail job and wanted to give in some so I took it. Came back another day to see about trading my vehicle in and the coworkers smoked in my personal vehicle when they was looking over my vehicle.. What a horrible experience and will not recommend this place at all!! Please look elsewhere and be careful if you still come to this place.
Jim was absolutely fantastic when explaining different plans, prices, and options for my BMW. He was very professional and welcoming which is hard to find in these types of big companies. I will be going back for my future services and needs.

Horrible communication, and customer experience negotiating and getting information about the car. Was promised the total price quote via chat, didn't get it until I called them several days later. When spoke with sales associate on the phone was told that the price didn't include BMW certification. The car is listed as certified on BMW site, on dealer site and even on carfax, which is false advertising.
