Called to try and make an appointment to get my BMW serviced and they just hung up... called again and tried to leave a message to no avail. That was a sign! Taking my business elsewhere.

Visited Lou Bachrodt BMW on Friday, Jun. 27. I needed help with my daughter's car which she had bought in another town. Had no appointment so didn't know if I could get help as a "walk-in". There was a gentleman named Jim , who is a service advisor. Turned out to be a very positive, kind and helpful person. The problem with the car was taken care of while I waited in a nice and cozy area. Returned Monday and was helped again by Mr. Jim with a small request.
