I was referred by my best friend who had already started her braces journey with Dr Lotzof so I knew I would be in good hands. I couldn't speak more highly of the technicians (Yazmin was a gamechanger in this experience, she was my rock!) and the admin ladies, always so friendly and answered my plethora of questions and concerns and lord knows I had A LOT! My braces experience was very good. Never really had the issues most complained about (in terms of wearing braces). Never used wax as I didn't need it. Appointment times and wait times were easy and no issues. Everyone was helpful from all departments. Plus it was nearby so didn't have to drive far. Would highly recommend! One tip would recommend booking early morning appointments due to parking is limited later on during the day.
