Very rude rented a house from under u lied about the house rented it out from under u very rude
Worst place I have ever rented from.
It will be 2 years in September since I signed my lease with Lotz Propert Management and I am sad to say I will be ending my lease and moving across the state. I have read some awful reviews on the internet and I cannot understand why. The lady's in the office greet you with a huge smile everyday. I haven't lived here long but their service has been nothing short of amazing. The house we live in had not been occupied for a year and obviously had some issues that needed taken care of. They didn't hesitate to replace the water heater when it wasn't working and they respond in a very timely manner to maintenance requests! My roommate and I are excited for this school year in our new home from Lotz Property Management!!!!!!!
