Mark restored our deck from blotchy and flaky to beautiful. He sanded, cleaned, conditioned and re-stained. Did exactly what he told us during his initial visit and communicated every step of the process including answering any questions. We appreciated that he left us with no mess to clean up. No more layers of different incompatible products on the surface and the cedar looks fantastic again. He also replaced some rotten cedar siding -- we were happy he was able to tackle that smaller project as well.
Lotz Home & Office did two projects for us in the last several months. Both of these were completed on time and were done in a clean and professional manner. The service and craftsmanship was excellent and we'll be using them again in the future.
We contracted with Mark for a variety of exterior repair work, including replacement of some siding, repair of a wooden deck, caulking of various gaps between brick and siding, and painting of all the above. Mark and his team showed up when they said they would and they did a high quality job. I couldn't be happier with the work and would definitely use Mark again.
