Only been to this place twice, but each time i come out with a smile on my face. Dr. Kaur is one of the most enthusiastic, informative and kind Doctor I’ve dealt with. Her attention was fully focused on me even though the clinic was busy. She didn’t rush me and she explained everything thoroughly and in detail. Definitely would recommend if they weren’t closing permanently.

I called trying to inquire about contact lenses and I had a few questions in mind. She answered my question but felt rushed and just threw so much information at me. It seems like she was in a hurry because she said ''OK have a good day'' so fast and just hung up on me. I wasn't done asking questions but I felt that she didn't want to talk to me. My friend recommended me this place and I don't think I am going to order my contact lenses here anymore just because of that.

Very bad experience with staff. They are unfriendly and arrogant. They just slap fees they do not explain. The staff cannot speak good English. They treat you as if you are not a paying customer. I will never recommend this kind of clinic. Money Maker. Not a good idea. Go somewhere

My wife was charged with a late fee of $25. Just to prevent argument at that moment in the clinic, my wife paid and ask to be taken right away for the booked eye exam. Two key things in the experience; 1. There is a discrepancy of 20 minutes between what my wife heard over the phone and what the receptionist apparently said. No proof of text or email about the real appointment time. 2. eEye exam cost was not disclose at booking. the b

Firstly, they’ve friendly staff; and second, I actually walked out learning a few things thanks to the amazing Dr. Andrew Worb. Will definitely come back again
