I too have the same story -- Elizabeth canceled three times on me and promised a refund but never did. Cannot get a refund on my prepaid massage. $90.

Do not go here! I’m having to press charges for fraud. I booked an appointment it was canceled had to reschedule Elizabeth the massage therapist never showed and will respond to emails or txt or call to refund my money. Don’t book with these people. Apparently there have been at least 7 others that has had this happen to them.
I have been trying to resolve a gift card vs credit card payment with Elizabeth for months now. She knew prior to the massage that this issue needed to be resolved and agreed to get on her PC after the massage and help straighten things out and I have yet to hear anything back. Multiple emails to her email (I have a paper trial to prove it), voicemails to the business phone number, and even an email to the business website and I haven’t heard anything back.
