I never see a person who demands Tip, just for the hard pressure massage. I was upset. Please try to find another center if you have time. I ended up paying $20 on demand. That's too much.
The most mis-managed spa on the planet. I got a 7:30 appointment that was triple booked. They had one guy on the bay and turned down 2 more guys who came in after me. An old lady collected my money and another lady came out saying "talk to manager". The manager asked me to wait until 8 for a 5 dollar discount. Pretty much they were running around clueless. Never going back.
