I saw Lauren today for the first time for a 60-minute massage. Lauren has created a very calming, inviting space that made me feel relaxed the moment I got there. She took her time to hear about my targeted areas (hips, psoas, and shoulders) and checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I was ok.
