Ordered a basil fried rice and the string beans were undercooked so they were hard. I let the waiter know, I hear the lady in the kitchen saying why can’t she just eat it like that. It’s extremely inappropriate and then the waiter says oh “ she wanted to know why” she has a distasteful behavior and not putting the customer first. I have been coming here for 10 years but this is the last time. Taking my business else where.
I feel bad for not leaving a review sooner but after my meal tonight, I had to. I've been a happy customer of Lotus Thai for years now. The food is consistently great and I always get the Drunk Man noodles (and I switch up my protein each time) and I also order their chicken wings, coconut shrimp or calamari from time to time. All solid and worthy of the 5 stars. HOWEVER!! Tonight i ordered the Panang Curry and that absolutely blew me away. I owe an apology to the Drunk Man noodles because I have a new favorite.
