Difficult to work with regarding claims. Impossible to get real answers and paperwork confirming claims were even denied. Always had someone different on the email chain because of employee turnaround. Not responsive nor helpful. I never got an EOB from my insurance regarding my claim which makes me think Lotus never followed through with them properly. It was an absolute nightmare to deal with and the back and forth had spanned over a year until I gave up. That's how this system works.
