New found spa and the sevice is exceptional. Broke a nail and they gladly repaired it and made me feel so welcomed. They use hot towels with both services meaning mani pedi. No part of the services are rushed and the let you know that you are important.
What I wanted vs what I got….i tried several times to tell the lady that it wasn’t what I wanted got ignored several times and she would only talk to the lady next to her…hey I get it English is second for me too but if there is a person next to you who was there who already translated why would you not try or after I asked her if she wanted to look at my picture again and said no so I brought the picture up and told her it was different again she didn’t say anything and continued on. It's tradition for me and my daughter to have a Dad/Daughter date. She loves coming here. They always do excellent work. And always treat me and my 11 year old daughter with the utmost respect and card. 5 star experience all the time. Ty to everyone there.
