What I thought was going to be a relaxing day turned out to be the WORST experience at a spa I have ever had . Very UNPROFESSIONAL ! Do not go here if you are expecting quality services . This place is a joke and I can’t believe they are in business!
Don't buy a gift card from here. If you want to give someone the gift of a spa just give them the cash and the information. They expire after a year. No exceptions even for a $300 card. Yes, it was written on the card but sometimes things get misplaced and time gets away. I was going to bring my mother-in-law and daughter and was planning to spend half again over what the gift card was valued. I will not be using this spa.
