Today was my third visit to Lotus and my third visit having Julie. As always, I came out after massage insanely relaxed and feeling amazing. I love everything Lotus has to offer, especially the wonderful staff.
Just enjoyed a wonderful 20th wedding anniversary gift: couples aromatherapy message ... so relaxed we could hardly walk out! 5 Stars! (Thank you Katie & Julie)

I have a $150 GC and now I want to know how I get my money back. I will seek legal actions. I dont have the money to be wasted and if they filed bankruptcy, then I want to be listed as a client to be paid.
Closed without notice. I have Mother’s Day gift cards and there has been no response or answered call. So upset.
This place goes out of business and doesn’t have the professionalism to tell its customers. Phone line is disconnected is how I found out when I called to make an appointment. My husband bought me a gift card for Mother’s Day in May for me to get a massage. I want our money back! This business has ignored my email and read my Facebook message yet ignore them as well.
