I haven't done a facial here but I can tell that customer service is really off. I called them twice to make an appointment, the connection was really bad on their side, and each time they hung up, never bothered to call back. I sent an email to make an appointment, no reply. I went there during their working hours on Wednesday, according to the information online, they are open till 5 pm, I came at 3, and what do you know - no one was there. The door was locked. She’s so sweet! I loved that she took so much care in letting me know everything she was doing and why. My skin felt so clean and refreshed afterwards, and continued to feel that way for several days. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking into getting a quality facial

Came here with my daughter on a Groupon. The lab is located in a series of beauty suites - pretty cool setup. The shop was clean and the environment relaxing. Elena was great, very professional and with a pleasant personality. Elena took pains to make sure we were comfortable. Look forward to returning and seeing improvements in our skin, as she recommended products and different treatments we will try (no upselling pressure whatsoever).

This was a very relaxing facial. My skin feels so clean and is glowing! Such a cute little place . I definitely recommend! She is very knowledgeable and definitely makes sure you are comfortable. I will definitely be back !!.
