3 weeks ago I got a chemical peel and I'm trying schedule for another one within the next week or 2. I texted this person to set up an appointment and she turned me away because 'she doesn't know my skin' and doesn't recommend peels in the summer. So, I'm assuming she's not providing peels for the entire summer, yeah?? I have been going to Luanne for both massage and facials for many years. She has always been responsive, friendly, highly professional, and has attended to what both my body and skin are in need of each time. Her studio space is always clean and calming, with warm lights and soothing music. Her price is very reasonable for a 2 1/2 hour massage and facial. I have referred people to her, have given gift certificates to friends and family and highly recommend her services.

Luanne has been my massage therapist for over 25 years. She does an excellent job with massage and facials. I have never had a problem corresponding with her; she is always on top of it. She has always been responsive to my needs and gets my vote as a top-notch person and aesthetician.

Called the spa which directs you to either text or leave a voicemail. I texted today at 10:38am and still haven’t received a response. Horrible customer service. At the least, you should receive a response within 30min. or have someone answer the salon spa phone when you call.
