My experience with Lotus Seats has been amazing. The 1 star review from 2 years ago must have been with the previous store manager. Customer service is 5 stars here... Patty is accommodating, asks customers about their needs and makes recommendations based on their needs. She doesn't push top of the line products just to make a sale.
