I've been renting my house for about 5 years now. Every time I've put in a maintenance request, I get a call or text from the tech or plumber usually the same day. Recently had an issue with my dishwasher, replaced with a beautiful brand new 2 days later. And then today I lock myself out of my house. Called Steve and he immediately drove all the way to my house to let me back in. Only thing that kinda sucks is the late fees on rent, but they're still pretty understanding.
We are on our last of our 2 two year leases, And have never had an issue, I submit a maintenance report and it's addressed within 3 days normally. If they had a house in a small town I would love to continue with them.
Do not rent from Lotus Advisors! They will not remedy emergency situation such as exposed wires, inadequate power to the home, had to call and pay for an electrician myself to remedy the expose wires caused by their handy man who is not an electrician. I have retained an attorney and will continue to fight regardless of the cost and will not back down! Steve Cochran is my point of contact and has stopped responding. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.. Wow! The power of reviews. I did not realize our rental company was so awful, I should have come here earlier. Steve is unprofessional, rude, and we will not be renewing our lease with his company. I reached out to Alexis Stecklein at Lotus Real Estate Advisors multiple times over the course of six days regarding a rental property I was interested in. Despite leaving several voicemails and text messages, I never received a single response. This lack of communication is unprofessional and disappointing, especially when dealing with something as important as housing.
