Jonathan was unbelievably helpful getting us settled into our apartment on move in day and all the steps leading up to it. Very professional and quick to be of assistance. Would definitely recommend!

My friends and I been hesitant about starting a new lease together, we went to check out a property a few months ago, Jonathan has been following up still very politely and he’s been super professional, we may consider renting from lotus as their customer service has been very great.
