Lived here for three years. Mark was a great landlord and the response time for any issues in the unit was incredible. Sometimes it was same day, within the hour and if not it was definitely the next day. I enjoyed living there very much and it was walkable to many things in Westbrook so the location is also prime.
We just finished a 6 month stay in Portland for a job assignment. We have the highest praise for Lotus Management, Portland, Maine, and Mark McCain, its director, and other Lotus staff we encountered. They were friendly, efficient, professionsal from start to finish. The apartment I lived in was very nice and well maintained, I loved living there. Mark was very responsive to any maintenance requests or questions I had. He also had very kind maintenance people who were always very helpful and personable. It's clear from top down, Mark values providing good services to tenants. Overall great experience with Lotus Property Management.
