The apartment I lived in was very nice and well maintained, I loved living there. Mark was very responsive to any maintenance requests or questions I had. He also had very kind maintenance people who were always very helpful and personable. It's clear from top down, Mark values providing good services to tenants. Overall great experience with Lotus Property Management.
