Honest, extremely fair, affordable, communicative, and anything needed is always handled in a timely manner. A great property management company for the city of Portland! Also, their apartments are beautiful and cleanly.
Mark was very professional and handled my application expediently. Rental process was very clear from the start, and the apartments are updated and very well cared for. I'd recommend Lotus to anyone looking for a quality apartment in Portland.
Rude. First real estate experience in Maine and I would give them zero stars if that were an option. People deserve better.
